About Me:

I graduated from Barton College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (k-6) and Special Education (k-12).  I began working at East Wake Academy in 2014. In 2017 I got my licensure in Severe/Profound Disabilities.

The beach is my home away from home. I love to take my dog there as much as possible! Traveling the world, spending time with family, and teaching students with special needs are major passions in my life!

My favorite flower is a sunflower and  my favorite animal is an elephant. I enjoy shopping at Walmart, Amazon and Target and cooking at home. My favorite color is teal.
